FOR CIRNECO DELL'ETNA

In Turku, Finland, Lucky (del Borgo di Pratica Anharbn) won BOB & CACIB and Dina's young daughter Pau (Marisla's Alessandria) BOS & CAC in Cirnechi at Turku show (judge Hans Lehtinen) Lucky later went on to win 3rd in the group. I think so far he is the most winning Cirneco for group placing's.

Lucky is the Top Cirneco 2011 in Finland. Peppi is the most winning Cirneco female and the 2nd winning after Lucky. Both had a great year in the show ring having attended 17 official shows last year Inka took 16 BOB either with Lucky or Peppi. Many congratulations Inka, Lucky & Peppi.

Anharbn is taking a back seat this year from the shows so I will try to keep up with what is going on out there and report back to you.

At Manchester Champ show under judge Mr Ben Reynolds-Frost, there were 6 Cirnechi shown in the Import Register classes. The puppy Dog class was 1st. Mrs D K Clark's Hadranensis Vito Di Deavanni and 2nd was Mr R Bill & Mr J Yates' Anharbns Imperial Purple at Rogame. Imperial Purple also won Junior class.

In puppy bitch class 1st was Mrs M L Farleigh's Hadranensis Violetta who also took Best puppy with 2nd going to Mrs D K Clark's Hadranensis Vanni Di Deavanni.

Mrs M Farleigh and Mrs J Moore's Hadranensis Remo won open dog and Best dog while Mr & Mrs Agnew & Mr D Cullen's Anharbn White Rose For Mwenga won Open bitch class and Good Citizen class and Reserve Best Bitch.

The overall winner of the import classes was the Bavarian Mountain Bitch.

Some of you may have seen the news from the Kennel club in the dog press that Import Register classes will now be held at CRUFTS 2013. This is mainly down to the IRG and Donna Crawleys persistence of recognition.
A dog is eligible for entry in Any Variety Imported Breed Register classes if it has qualified in any of the following ways under the Rules and Regulations of the Kennel Club:
Best of Sex or Reserve Best of Sex or gained the following prizes in the Imported Breed Register Classes at a General or Group Championship Show in 2012, First, second or third in PUPPY classes, JUNIOR classes, POST GRADUATE classes and OPEN classes. If any foreign dogs wish to compete at CRUFTS, they must also win from the above list at a UK qualifying show.

Top Dog 2011 is Hadranensis Remo, Top Puppy 2011 is Anharbn Pretty In Pink. Top Breeder for the 4th year running is ANHARBN kennel and Top Brood Bitch is Giltedged Yana Anharbn.
